Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders are shipped within 24 hours Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays.
Q. Will I have to pay extra shipping charges, import duties or taxes?
A. No. We believe the price you see at checkout should be the final price you pay. That's why your order is inclusive of all costs.
Q. Where will my order ship from?
A. We have warehouse fulfilment centres around the world, so your order will be dispatched from your nearest facility.
Q. How do I return my order?
A. Simply contact us here and we will be happy to send you a free return label within 30 days (extended to 60 days during May/June 2020). Your refund will be processed within 1-5 working days.
Q. What type of movement do you use in your watches?
A. We use a world-famous, Ultra-High Precision Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement in our watches.
Q. Are Oliver Coen watches waterproof?
A. Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM (30 meters). To keep your watch in the best possible condition, we advise avoiding contact with water.
Q. What type of leather do you use?
A. Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.
Q. What type of glass do you use?
A. Our watches are made with a sapphire coated crystal which has been heat and chemically treated to withstand scratches.
